Dor Chadash is an egalitarian (democratic) minyen, established with regard to the conservative traiditions. It has ca. 45 members who meet regularly for Kabbalath shabbath and other Jewish holidays. At the moment most of these meetings take place in the Moishe house (34. Király street). After and during Kabbalath shabbath members prepare short lectures about the parasha, or other up-to-date issues. On holidays the Dor Chadash community celebrates together in the Moishe house or Sirály, and occasionally the community goes on weekend seminars together or other Marom programs (pleary session, movie screenings, and so on).
