Nehéz szívvel tájékoztatunk Titeket az Auróra Közösségi Házzal kapcsolatos fejleményekről. A Marom Klub Egyesület által alapított Marom Klub Nonprofit Kft. 2014-ben vette bérbe egy magánszemélytől azt a 3 helyrajzi számon elhelyezkedő bérleményt, amelyen az Auróra és az Auróra Klímakert működik. A tulajdonos a bérleti szerződésben foglalt jogával élve 6 hónapos felmondási idővel felmondta a bérleti szerződésünket, amely így 2026. április 30-ával lejár. Jelenleg azzal tervezünk, hogy március végéig a jelenlegi működés szerint üzemel a Ház.
Köszönjük előre is minden régi-új-leendő vendégünknek, barátunknak, támogatónknak, hogy jártok, jöttök az Aurórába, és ezzel is segítitek életben tartani nemcsak azt az eszmét, ami immár 11 éve életre hívta ezt a különleges teret, hanem fenntartani a működést még úgy is, hogy egyelőre nem tudjuk, lesz-e folytatás, és ha lesz, hol, milyen formában.
Amint újabb megosztható információkkal rendelkezünk a továbbiak kapcsán, azt nyilvánosságra hozzuk az Auróra és a Marom Klub Egyesület hivatalos felületein és social media csatornáin. It is with heavy hearts that we inform you about the recent developments concerning the Auróra Community Centre. Marom Klub Nonprofit Ltd., founded by the Marom Klub Association (Marom Budapest), has been leasing the property - comprising three parcels - from a private owner since 2014, where both Auróra and the Auróra Climate Garden operate. The owner has exercised their contractual right to terminate the lease with a six-month notice period, meaning that our lease will expire on April 30, 2026. As of now, we plan to continue operating the House in its current form until the end of March.
We would like to thank all our past, current and future guests, friends and supporters for visiting and being present at Auróra. Your continued presence helps us sustain our operations, even as we do not yet know whether there will be a continuation, and if so, where and in what form.
